USS Enterprise
The U.S.S. Enterprise's ability only works for actions on it's action bar and any action that uses it's action bar. You cannot use it with cards like Jean-Luc Picard or Gul Dukat even if the action they would grant is also on the ship's bar.

The U.S.S. Enterprise's ability does apply to free actions granted through the use Flagships since the action is considered to be added to the ship's action bar.
